  • Currently, the groups will be online via Zoom. As the community continues to grow, I’d love to incorporate in-person as well for those who want it!

  • Sharing in the groups is always optional. Deep listening is also an incredibly valuable way to contribute to a group. Do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself!
